At Southern Sales And Marketing, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please review our Return Policy below.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange for products that meet the following conditions:
Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear & tear
Consumable goods (e.g., ink cartridges, cleaning chemicals) once opened
Custom or special order items
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Electronic items once activated, unless faulty
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
Share the invoice number, reason for return, and, if possible, photos of the item.
Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team.
Return the item in its original condition, using secure packaging.
Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you.
For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process:
A replacement, or
A refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Refunds are subject to quality check approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
