1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across South India and select regions in other states. For bulk or outstation orders, please contact our sales team to confirm delivery availability.

3. Shipping Charges
Standard Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
Orders Below ₹5,000: A nominal shipping fee will be applied (visible at checkout or invoice)
Bulk/Heavy Items: Additional freight may apply, based on weight and delivery distance
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries. For bulk institutional orders, we may also deliver through our in-house transport service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID or dispatch update via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

6. Delays & Exceptions
Deliveries may be delayed due to:
Local holidays, strikes, or weather conditions
Unforeseen courier delays or transportation issues
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
We will notify you in case of any expected delay.
7. Receiving the Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery, or the item may be returned to us.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect products:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share photos and invoice details with our support team
We will verify and arrange a replacement or return as per our Return Policy
